Why the numbers look different at a glance

The sheet shows tax included. The website shows tax separately.

The RACK column on the agency sheet already has the 13% IVA rolled in. The website shows the price before tax with "+13% IVA" printed next to it, because that is what guests booking directly expect to see and what the law requires us to make clear.

So the offshore day reads $3,503 on the sheet and $3,100 + 13% IVA on the website. Those are the same price. $3,100 x 1.13 = $3,503.00. The same holds for every row below.

Fishing charters: up to 6 guests, extra guest $80 with tax included, maximum 10. Sheet and website identical.
Cruises: up to 8 guests, extra guest $170 with tax included, maximum 12. Sheet and website identical.
Fishing license is excluded, on both. The website adds where to buy it and what it costs, about $17 per angler.
Cancellation policy matches on all three seasons. Peak, high and low, the same day windows and the same 50% thresholds.

The website sells a 3 hour whale watching trip at the same rate as the 3 hour coastal cruise, which is a sensible read, but no line on the 2027 sheet backs it. Please confirm the rate, or tell us to take the page down until there is one.

Confirm the length

The cruise length says two different things

3 hours or 3.5?

On the sheet itself, the description says "3 and a half hours or 2 and a half hours" while the price rows and the departure times both say 3 hours and 2 hours. The website follows the sheet, so it carries the same split. Guests book on this, so it is worth settling.
